We offer free worldwide shipping on part orders.



All orders will be scheduled for shipment in several business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification titled “Your package is on the way”. This will contain your tracking information!*

*If you do not receive your Tracking Email, please check your Spam and/or Promotions folders.

The shipping services offered are subject to change depending on carrier reliability, based on extreme delays caused by weather or overall package volume.

Returned to Sender:

In some scenarios, the carrier may not be able to complete delivery to your address due to uncontrollable circumstances. If you see your package has been marked “Return to Sender” please contact our Customer Success Team.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Once your order has been shipped out, the website is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer’s responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our Customer Success Team team is happy to help you recover an item to the best of our abilities, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?



We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order’s selected shipping. Please note, there is a short window of time after order placement when your order can be cancelled.
